Terms
Effective date: 23 September 2026. The publisher and product supplier is Aesthera, trading under the brand THE AESTHETIC SALE. Written contact is available through the support form.
Products and delivery
The products are digital educational and operational materials for the commercial processes of aesthetic clinics. Delivery is normally made immediately after successful payment through the download link provided with the order. Product features, language, price and licence tier are shown before checkout.
Checkout and merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout transactions. It handles payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds and chargebacks. A purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
Educational scope
The materials are business education, not medical, legal, tax or regulatory advice. They do not replace clinical judgement, professional training, informed consent or local rules. Results are not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may use the files only within the licence tier purchased. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload publicly, share with another clinic, or incorporate substantial parts into another course, book, consulting product or certification.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded or limited by these terms.
Privacy
We collect only information you submit through the support form, such as name, email, order number, topic and message. The site host may process technical logs needed for security and delivery. Lemon Squeezy separately processes checkout, payment, invoice and order data under its own privacy policy.
We use support data to answer requests, verify orders, deliver assessment/support and protect the service. The legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests in secure support. We do not sell personal data.
Data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, contractual records, fraud prevention and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable through the support form. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Do not send patient or health data. Do not upload names, phone numbers, photographs, diagnoses, clinical notes or other special-category data in a support or certification submission.
Refunds
Digital files are normally delivered immediately. Where applicable law permits it, the statutory withdrawal right may end after you expressly request immediate supply, expressly consent to access/download and acknowledge the resulting loss of that right. If those conditions are not validly met, mandatory withdrawal rights remain available.
If files are defective, materially not as described, inaccessible for reasons attributable to delivery, or consumer law otherwise requires a remedy, contact support with the order number. We will review replacement, repair, price reduction or refund as appropriate. This policy does not remove statutory remedies for non-conforming digital content.
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Their documentation states that orders can be refunded partially or fully and that the credit may take up to 10 days to appear.

Licence
All copyright, methods, designs and trademarks remain with Aesthera / THE AESTHETIC SALE. Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable internal-use licence:
- Digital Book: one named user.
- Conversion Toolkit PRO: one named user.
- Clinic Team System: up to 5 named internal users at one clinic location.
- Certification Edition: up to 15 named internal users at one clinic location.
Additional users or locations require a separate licence. A refund or chargeback that ends access also ends the licence.
Certification meaning: completion and assessment of an internal Aesthera business-process standard. It is not a medical, governmental, university or professionally accredited qualification. A valid Certificate of Completion is issued only after assessment and pass; the specimen included in the pack is not valid.
